Campbell Filmer is an experienced attorney in personal injury, mesothelioma/asbestos, and criminal law cases. He is currently licensed to practice law in the state of California and New York. He was raised in New South Wales in the Outback of Australia. He later moved to New York and where he obtained a law degree from New York Law School and graduated from Purchase College - State University of New York with a degree in psychology.
Campbell Filmer has over 10 years experience working on mesothelioma/asbestos cases with various trial teams in California and around the country where he has successfully represented clients who were drywallers, plumbers, pipefitters, shipyard workers, sheet metal workers, electricians, laborers, automotive mechanics, carpenters, servicemen, and factory workers. Advocate Mines Ltd., a mesothelioma/asbestos-related case in Los Angeles, which resulted in a $4.2 million verdict; Larry Stewart and Janet Stewart v. A.W. Chesterton Co. et. al., a mesothelioma /asbestos-related case in Los Angeles, California, which resulted in a $9.2 million verdict; and William Webb and Jacqueline Webb v. Advocate Mines et. al., another Los Angeles, California case resulting in $5 million verdict.
